Varietal: Heirloom Process: Natural

Aside from being known as the birth place of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia has an  incredibly diverse range of characteristics and flavours within it’s microregions. Coffee has naurally thrived in the lush environment that Sidama’s forests provide,
developing nuanced floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity. The altitude & microregion at Beriti enhances the floral tones in these coffees, and is
balanced by creamy citrus and berry flavours. This coffee is complex with layers of flavours. It is syrupy sweet as a black coffee and dreamy with milk.

For coffees that don't taste like coffee in the traditional sense, try the wild profile. It is fruit forward, floral, and ripe in all the ways you'd want.

These coffees lend themselves to all brew methods, from pour-over to espresso, you will find joy exploring their nuances.
