Alto Da Serra sits at the top of the Illicnea cliffs
and has beautiful views across the southern tips of the
Cerrado. This is the 2nd year we have bought this coffee
after being struck by its sweet cocoa flavours and smooth
creamy body. The green apple characters in this coffee are developed through
careful control of air, temperature and moisture during the
fermentation period. This is achieved through the use of
static boxes, where cherries undergo 3 stages of processing.

Classic is our most popular flavour profile. Enjoy these coffees with milk, or just on their own if you like coffee with a classic chocolatey, nutty, and sweet profile. A coffee to wake you up, and help you face the day.
