Union Coffee Roasters
We source our coffee exclusively from Union Coffee Roasters. Their hand roasted 100% arabica coffees are of the highest quality. From the farm to the roastery to the espresso machine, all measures are taken to ensure that the coffee is at its best.

Fair trade
Union develops strong, direct relationships with the family owned farms and smallholder cooperatives that produce the beans used in its products. These relationships foster the exchange of knowledge and help to ensure the sustainable production of premium quality coffee harvests. The quality of the harvest, after all, is the most important factor driving the long-term survival of coffee farmers.

While purchases are made solely on the basis of quality, Union is also strongly committed to the promotion of workforce social responsibility and indigenous biodiversity. To this end, Union pays a fair and sustainable premium to its coffee suppliers, which gives them the confidence they need to invest in the future of their farms and their communities.

Our espresso blend
Coffee is a fresh product, as such we work directly with Union to adapt our espresso blend to highlight the fresh superlative coffees that arrive at the roastery. The blend is therefore a constant work in progress that will sometimes feature the strong blueberry notes of a great Sidamo, or the cherries and red fruits of new crop Santa Ana La Huerta.
